Labor Relief & Training
In-Company Training
Our qualified personnel can travel to your location for customized training, adapted to the realities of your production. We also have more than 20 hours of video training available for your convenience. Farrowing management, cross-feeding, sampling, 4-week batch farrowing, euthanasia, herd health monitoring, work safety, and use of the Atlas tools, are some of the topics that can be covered. Do not hesitate to contact us with your needs.
Technical Update and Young Guns
Demeter organizes conferences for its clients every year. These events include sessions in which our veterinarians, agrologists and production specialists will present lectures on current topics related to health, research, herd management and nutrition as well as guest’s speaker. It is a great opportunity to learn and network with other producers.

Pig Channel
From 2020 to 2023, Demeter and its collaborators presented a series of webinars on Canadian swine production. Pig Channel was born during the pandemic when we had no means of meeting producers and presenting our annual conferences. This webinar series was an excellent way to share our knowledge about Canadian pork production while staying connected during this challenging time. Now, with the full return of our in-person events and those of the industry, we believe that Pig Channel has fulfilled its purpose.
All our webinars are still available on our Youtube channel.
If you have any questions regarding any of our webinars, please feel free to contact us!
